The big news of the spring is that a new WHO pandemic treaty is in the works. Countries are negotiating their individual terms, along with amendments to international health regulations. See the United States Department of Defense site on this here, and their PDF Security Strategy Proposal here. (Make it to the end of this email for actions to take).

The deal may give the WHO power to declare global health emergencies and mandate how to respond to them.

We all experienced how Covid 'mandates' went down. This changes things from 'CDC recommendations' or 'covid guidelines' to INTERNATIONAL LAW punishable by fines and imprisonment.

Agreements will override national sovereignty because their provisions will be binding.

What is really happening is deceiving because all the chatter is about the “Pandemic Treaty,” but everyone is hush-hush about the amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR). It’s the IHR amendments that are being negotiated concurrently with the accord that has provisions to hand over authority from countries to the WHO.

It’s the IHR amendments that are being negotiated concurrently with the accord that has provisions to hand over authority from countries to the WHO.

The IHR amendments specifically mention border closures, mandated vaccination and other lockdown measures. They specifically mention documentation being needed to cross borders and mention digital passports.

The director general of WHO is anticipated to get independent legislative and executive powers while any legal review is made impossible,” Terhorst said. “The secrecy surrounding the drafts stinks of  a coup d’état.”

I've previously mailed out about legislation coming out of states; Louisiana Senate voted unanimously against allowing the WHO, United Nations and World Economic Forum to wield any influence over the state of Louisiana. Then again, we had laws on the books, like the right to assemble and we all saw how those evaporated into thin air during covid.
